Navarro Calls Out Tillis on 'The View': 'You Keep Doing It!'

Sen. Thom Tillis faced blunt criticism from Ana Navarro over his votes for Trump appointees on 'The View,' according to TheWrap.

TheWrap reports that Sen. Thom Tillis (R-N.C.) visited ABC's "The View" to promote his book "How to Lose Friends and Antagonize Presidents." The segment turned into a pointed confrontation with co-host Ana Navarro.

Navarro told Tillis he breaks her heart, citing his own book's criticisms of Pete Hegseth and Kristi Noem, both of whom he voted to confirm anyway. She then noted he just voted for Todd Blanche, even though his book objected to Blanche's investigation into James Comey and a reparations fund for Jan. 6 defendants.

"You keep doing it, Thom!" she said, per TheWrap.

Tillis defended the Blanche vote, saying "in politics, you've got to play the hand that's dealt you." He argued Blanche's experience makes him the best fit to give the president honest upward feedback.

Navarro dismissed that, saying Blanche won't push back, pointing to the Russian oligarch who paid for Donald Trump Jr.'s wedding. She said there's nothing to see.

It's nice to see a talk show host actually hold a guest's feet to the fire. "The View" airs weekdays at 11 a.m. ET on ABC.
