Spider-Man: Far From Home Hits Apple TV Top 5 Worldwide
Screen Rant reports Tom Holland's 2019 sequel is the 4th most-watched movie on Apple TV globally, continuing a strong 2026 streaming run for the wall-crawler.

Spider-Man is still swinging high, this time on Apple TV. Screen Rant reports that 2019's Spider-Man: Far From Home is the 4th most-watched movie on Apple TV worldwide, according to data from FlixPatrol. The film currently trends in 65 countries and ranks as the most-watched movie on the service in 28 of them, though it is available on Disney+ and other platforms in the United States.
The Apple TV success is the latest chapter in a big 2026 for the character. Tom Holland's Spider-Man: Brand New Day hit $2.5 billion at the global box office, making it the 3rd highest-grossing movie of all time behind only Avatar and Avengers: Endgame. That film landed on VOD Tuesday, Oct. 6 and is currently the most popular title on the Apple TV Store in the U.S., per FlixPatrol.
The Spider-Man streaming streak extends beyond Holland. An animated special, Spidey and the Avengers: Halloween Team-Up!, sits at 6th on Disney+'s U.S. movie chart. On Prime Video, the Nicolas Cage-led Spider-Noir series trended globally for months before its cancellation after one season. Screen Rant notes that a new show based on Marvel's Clone Saga is reportedly replacing it.
Spider-Man: Far From Home's Apple TV rank puts it ahead of films including Ready Player One, The Proposal, The Accountant and Sherlock Holmes. Only three movies top it globally: F1, Mayday and the documentary The Last First: Winter K2.
